Needler Sales Company was founded by E. S. (Mike) Needler in 1951. He had been involved in the electronics industry since the late 1920s, primarily in purchasing and purchasing management positions. He was joined by sons Tim in 1961 and Jon in 1970. Needler Sales Company has been a member of the Electronics Representatives Association (ERA) for more than forty years.

    Each member of NSC came to the company with a different educational background. Tim graduated with a degree in Marketing and an Economics minor from the University of Notre Dame. Jon graduated from Xavier University with a degree in English and a minor in History.

    NSC has offices in both Indianapolis and Fort Wayne. Tim is based in Indianapolis and covers southern Indiana and all of Kentucky. Jon is based in Fort Wayne and covers the northern half of Indiana.
